Tour De Force Resets — and Sets the Stage for 2026

Today, Virtuos formally resets the Tour De Force programme. The previous iteration — which ran as a foundational compact for a dedicated cohort of Virtuos employees — concludes its current cycle. We are deeply proud of every member who participated, and we honour their contribution.

What Continues for Previous Members

All previous Tour De Force members in good standing will continue to receive the 5% incremental compensation enhancement applied through their Annual Performance Review — unconditionally, and regardless of whether they are subsequently re-invited into Tour De Force 2026. This is not a legacy benefit that fades; it is a permanent recognition of the alliance they built.

In addition, previous members retain access to the Alumni Network, structured skill development support, and the standard benefits earned during their prior compact. These continue without interruption.

The New Programme Launches 10 May 2026

Tour De Force 2026 is a brand-new programme — by invitation only — launching on May 10, 2026, as part of VBLUE, Virtuos's Fifth Pillar. It is not an upgrade to the previous programme. It is a fresh architecture, with new benefit tiers, VSPAN (Virtuos Stock Plan Advantage Network) integration, and the Trustblazer framework at its core.

Legacy members who meet the 2026 eligibility criteria are warmly invited to re-enrol. Manager invitations will be extended on a rolling basis between May and November 2026. Re-enrolment requires a fresh commitment — a new compact, honestly signed. The programme deserves nothing less.
