Today, we are excited to give our community the first formal preview of Tour De Force 2026 — the most ambitious version of Virtuos's Employer-Employee Compact to date. We are entering a beta phase: the first cohort of invitations will be extended from May 10, 2026, with a structured rollout over the following six months.
The Salient Features
Tour De Force 2026 is built around three commitment tiers — 2-year (Foundation), 3-year (Advanced), and 4-year (Elite) — each with a progressively deeper benefit architecture. The programme is by invitation only, offered to employees with a minimum of 2.5 years of continuous Virtuos tenure (or 18 months with 2+ years prior experience) and a demonstrated record of continuous performance improvement.
Every member receives: an annual Certification Budget (USD 500–1,000, for approved Virtuos-relevant programmes listed at vblue.com/tourdeforce); unlimited access to SkillNow on launch; Higher Education Subsidy (up to 60% for Tier 3); sponsored event access; a Personal Networking Fund; leadership mentoring; and preferred consideration for internal roles and succession.
VSPAN: Ownership for the Committed
Tour De Force 2026 introduces VSPAN — the Virtuos Stock Plan Advantage Network — linking ESOP eligibility directly to each member's Trust Score: a holistic measure of performance, conduct, and compact integrity. The higher the Trust Score, the greater the VSPAN allocation. Ownership is not given; it is earned.
The Trustblazer at the Centre
The programme's north star is the Trustblazer — a Tour De Force graduate who carries Virtuos's values permanently: readily referenceable, always a partner, and living proof that together we grow.
